Location & ALL the staff, from everyone at the front desk and the house staff especially Noura who helped alot to make our stay pleasant.

Comfort better than a hostel but clearly below expectations for a 3 star hotel.
Central location
Heaps of dirt below the bed, staff either barely or didn’t speak English at all. At the reception: “Do you speak English?” Answer: “Si.” Breakfast was below average, would have rather spent the same money for a breakfast in a cafe outside: Limited choice, fake juices, low stock of available items, small breakfast room so tables were very close to each other so that we had squeeze ourselves onto our chairs.

A stay in Granada to explore the city
Great location, slightly outside the center 15min walk, 40min walk to Alhambra. The hotel has its own parking (20€/day).The room was clean,bed comfortable. Metro stop "recogidas" just around the block.
Rooms are non smoking but the hall on the 3rd floor had a faint smell of cigarettes. Also for very light sleepers - the windows don't isolate outside noise very well.
